Notes: HABITAT chaparral on sea cliffs in small west-facing cove; SUBSTRATE twigs of dead Salvia; ASPECT sunny; NOTES thallus thin continuous, bright yellow, K+r slow C- KC- UV+y bright, medulla white K- C- KC- UC-, pycnidia in conspicuous orange-tipped warts, conidia ~3 × 2 µm, apothecia with thick yellow thalline smooth rims when young, no mature apothecia, paraphyses slender slightly swollen tips simple granular yellowish tips.
