HABITAT sage community on top of sheer cliffs; SUBSTRATE twig of Salvia?; ASPECT sunny; NOTES thallus thin whitish scurfy, apothecia black round to oblong and raised hemispherical epruinose, epihymenium dark brown from globose dark-walled cells, hymenium hyaline to brownish I+reddish KI-yellowish; SPORES 8 per ascus, 1-septate, constricted at septum, two bubbles in each cell, hyaline, smooth, ~22 × 8 µm or wider.
