probably Tremella aurantia

Tremella aurantia parasitizes Stereum species. There is a Stereum growing on the same branch as the Tremella, so there could be a relationship between the two.
Tremella mesenterica parasitizes Peniophora species which grow in the wood.

i can’t seem to get a good handle and these slimes.
