G. luteoviridis

Seems to be the most probable epithet for this observation. The yellow base colors, tawny fibrillose squamules, olivaceus tones on the margin, and vibrant green staining in aborted primordia all strongly point toward the proposed taxa.

I do not feel that microscopy is necessary for a confident vote in this case, excluding the existence of an undescribed species that is morphologically identical to G. luteoviridis.
