Observation 103963: Russula modesta Peck
When: 2012-08-05
Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: I’m nicknaming this the Greenish Doughnut Russula. I saw some yesterday as well where they have a brownish depressed center and then a greenish-grayish almost elevated margin. The shots of the younger ones were within a few feed. The ones in the stones have the say depressed center, but are less greenish. The herbarium specimen is the greenish one and the two smaller ones.
