Used references: Arora, Mushrooms Demystified. Said to be gelatinous when water-logged. Usually more foliaceous (leaf-like), but I have little knowledge of your area. Pretty sure this is Tremella, at least. But photo focus makes a more certain identification problematic for me.

Used references: Other Exidia obs. on MO. This is the only possibility among Exidia that I have found on MO that might resemble this obs. Exidia nucleata is now deprecated to Myxarium nucleatum.
