Notes: Single basidiome found on leaf litter and woody debris under hardwoods. Likely the same species found in observation 103085: http://mushroomobserver.org/103085?q=WJLQ the stipe appears to be slightly less densely pruinose.

Cap diameter 0.7 cm. covered with loosely tufted downy flakes. Inflated cells found on pileipellis section. Stipe 4.5 cm, yellowish green, covered with whitish dust. Veil cottony/cobwebby.
