Notes: HABITAT open oak forest on steep north slope; SUBSTRATE granitic rock; ASPECT open; NOTES endolithic crust, scattered black substipitate apothecia, disk black and thinly white-pruinose, rim black epruinose prominant flexuous, epihymenium dark olive-brown, SPORE 8 per ascus, simple, hyaline, smooth, oblong, some curved, exciple same color as epihymenium at margin with small round cells at margin reddish-brown to hyaline in interior, hypothecium brownish to reddish-brownish near exciple, all C-; SPORES 10-14 × 3-3.5 µm.
