Notes: HABITAT open oak-conifer forest at base of very steep rocky north slope; SUBSTRATE thin moss over Pseudotsuga macrocarpa roots; ASPECT shaded; NOTES whitish, diffuse pseudocorticate granules, K+y C- KC- P+ pale yellow UV- 350nm.

Chemotype III from Sonoran Flora vol. II; possible L. alpina acc. to vol. III addenda.

this should be C+ and KC+r and UV+. Must be pretty weak, because I didn’t get either.
