Foliose, greenish-grayish, forming nice large rosettes on rock, with isidia. I’m just playing the odds with the species. Strictly speaking, you should check if it is black on the underside toward the center of the rosettes, because there are two less common species, X. plittii (medulla K+ yellow turning deep red) and X. subramigera (K- or K+ dingy reddish brownish) with pale to (usually) brown lower surface.
