Found underneath hardwoods (oak/ash).

Cap is slightly striated near the margin, 8cm-12cm wide, very light tan becoming darker brown/gray near the center. The fruit body is 12cm-15cm tall, sack like white volva at the base of the stem, ring is present.

They have a very very mild sweet odor, it reminds me of honey and potato.
