Cap margin rounded, with very thick universal veil(unbroken when found) staining yellow within 1 minute after handling/cracking open cap. Center of cap buff/light brown, not completely white(as with A.campestris). Cap edge staining bright yellow where handled. Gills bright pink, turning chocolate brown hours later-and on smaller old specimens.
Smell- horrible, phenolic or like cat urine(to me).
Stem: longer/thinner in relation to cap than most robust agaricus spp. Staining where handled, especially at base.
Fruiting in bark at the edge of a daily watered lawn.
Temp: 94, clear.
