Cap undersurface is instructive.

As Walt notes, the underside of the cap is really informative with this species.

However: var. greenei has been synonymized away, and the pore morphology is now considered to be variable within Coltricia montagnei as a whole. Far cry from when I learned it as Cyclomyces greenei.
