Who: I. G. Safonov (IGSafonov)

No specimen available

A family of 5 basidiocarps at different stages of development growing on a ridge in loose, soft sand under pitch pine (no oaks around). A faint plesant odor was noted. Could be A. subcokeri, but not sure if the rooting bulb of this length is a common feature.
