I’ve mailed the samples of this one to you, Else.
Locations coordiates are North: 38.5318° West: -90.5173°
Not sure of the host, there are primarily oaks (a lot of white oak),
hickory, and some sycamore in the stream bottoms.

The stipe and annulus point to a Leucoagaricus species, but the cap surface does not quite fit – i would love to get the dried material!

Don’t quite have room for a scope in my apartment. Any idea about what it might be? I doubt L. rubrotinctus, I’m finding a lot of that here also and it doesn’t look anything like these.
