Notes: On soil and needle duff under Tsuga and Picea.

Spores: 9 × 4.5 microns, smooth, hyaline, elliptical, inamyloid.

Pileus: 4.5 cm, convex, tawny brown disc, pale cream margin, glabrous, glutinous.

Stipe: 4.5 cm, white, smooth.
