No herbarium specimen

Notes: Thallus crustose, rimose-areolate, whitish; Apothecia black, with a raised thaline rim when young disappearing with age, pruinose.
Hymenium hialine (I-); epihymenium olivaceous/brownish, hypohymenium dark-brown. No spores observed.
Very similar (better) photos can be seen at Lekermeur, there classified as Porpidia cinereoatra.
