Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: No sign of there having been an annulus. cap color remionds me of A. albocreata, but stipe bulb lacks well-defined margin.

Growing near the bottom of a steep slope, mainly hardwoods, some hemlock.

Spores not amyloid.

Material received and catalogued. On closer examination of the photograph of spores I noticed that the spores in side view are predominantly ellipsoid; hence, I suggested the name “sp-S01.”
