Inocybe sp. growing from the ground in a small group in mixed deciduous woods. Cream colored caps with tan fibers were up to 7 cm in diameter. Spores are smooth and ellipsoid. The 20 spore average was 8.4 × 5.6 microns, Qm = 1.52. Club shaped metuloid pleurocystidia are present, some lightly encrusted (most not) and the cystidia remain colorless in 10% KOH in glycerol/water (1:10).
