Caps up to 7.5 cm across.
Taste was slowly slightly acrid and odor not strong.
Spores were yellowish(noted on the cap of the smaller specimen).
Spores were ~ 8.1-10.0 X 7.0-8.3 microns, with moderate warts and reticulation.
Growing under mixed conifers @ ~ 7000 ft.
According to Dimitar Bojantchev, probably an undescribed species in the R. sanguinea clade.
