Found on a dead log. Shows a clumped habit.

Pileus: Mature breadth is 1.5 cm x 1 cm. Has a smooth surface and is a plicate striate pileus margin. Flesh is firm and has a grayish brown color. Has a thickness of 3 mm x 1 mm.

Young hymenospore color is greyish brown. Mature hymenospore color is white. Mature length of 1.2 cm x .3 cm. Has an even edge and an ivory color. Spacing is about 1 mm apart. Lamellulae are present.

Stipe has an equal shape and is hollow. Size is 4 cm x .3 cm. Mature stipe is ivory near the pileus and dark brown closer towards the base. Young stipe is light brown near the pileus and dark brown towards the base.
