Notes: Small brown mushrooms growing in a scattered group on moss under hemlock. Caps are 1-2 cm in diameter and lighter in color at center. Spore print was brown and spores are nodulous with a 20 spore average of 8.0 × 4.5 microns with protrusions 1-1.5 microns long. 20 spore average Q=1.54. Pleurocystidia were present, not encrusted and relatively thin walled as compared to other Inocybe cystidia I’ve observed. Cystidia were bulbous, see photomicrograph for shape.
