Notes: Distinctive cob webby feature present. Collected in a mature Oak/Beech forest. Looks very similar to Cortinarius glaucopus (olive type) in Roger Phillips book. Has a distinct odor, although I can’t really say if it is mealy. A larger, more mature specimen was present, but pretty eaten up so I left it…cap on that specimen was approx 3" diameter.
