Obs. includes several sporocarps, with thick sterile base similar to a Lycoperdon puffball in shape. Peridium top and sides noticeably thinner than typical Scleroderma. Peridium with an unusual “swirl” pattern when broken open. Colors seen in peridium include green, yellow, red, pink, and buff. Cap appears to be cracking open.
