Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: *Pileus 1.0-1.5 cm, convex, brown, glabrous, hygrophanous,
margin striatulate when wet.
*Lamellae adnexed, at first white, then grayish becoming pink, edges even.
*Stipe 5-7 cm long, 1.5-2 mm thick, brownish, equal.
Spores 12-15 X 12-15 microns, quadrate/cuboid.
*Pleurocystidia and cheilocystidia absent.
*Caulocystidia in tufts espiecially near apex, clavate, ventricose, hyaline.
*Habitat on soil, in mixed deciduous forest. This species is described from Sevier Co., TN and is reported from Tennessee late summer/early fall.
