Looks much more like a Leucogaricus species

Lepiota cristata has bigger flat scales, more orange-brown or red-brown, a narrower stipe, and a different ring. and the spore shape should be a dead ringer: bullet-shaped in L. cristata (in combination with upright narrow club-shaped cells forming those scales).
