R. asperior is from China and R. subpalmatus, as you suggested, is synonymized with R. palmatus. What are the other two? What is the evidence it’s a species group?

R. palmatus is not the only North American name.

There are at least 3 other names that have been used in North America. They have all been synonymized with R. palmatus, but one probably needs to be resurrected, as this is likely a species group. Working on this.

Why not R. palmatus?

It’s the only described species at least in NA.
