I really thought this looked blue enough to be L. caesiella… and it’s even on a cedar by the looks of it… but that species definitely does not have the white hypothallus, nor does it have well-defined margins (it should be diffuse). Back to square one. It’s none of the… yes, four… species I know that can be identified confidently from photo. Therefore I have no clue! :)
