It’s probably a Leprocaulon. Also, it’s not completely clear to me that the taxonomy of these species with xanthones has been fully worked out.

My understanding that name Lepraria disjuncta is tentative

Can’t figure soredia from hyphae – it’s all jumbled into snowy fluffy mass.
