The weather appers to really be messing with the mushrooms this week. My guess is that this is an amanita of section Phalloideae.
The pointed stem base is and white veil are consistent with elliptosperma; and, if that is a good guess, the spores should be ellipsoid on average.
I see that you don’t have a herbarium specimen in this case.
