Note the roughened surface of the thallus, the black prothallus, the large, sessile and convex apothecia, and the green patches existent in the withish/greyish thallus mainly arround apothecia, giving the (erroneous) appearance of unfocused photos. All these characters are in accordance with the description of the species Porpidia macrocarpa in the British Flora. Other photos of this species can be seen in the references given below.
