This observation regards the parasitic fungi growing on an undetermined mushroom species. Good Luck!

This obs. may be fruiting off a degrading Lactarius. At least, it is funnel-shaped, and Lactarius deliciosus is common in the area.
Parasitic fungus is whitish, granular in appearance. Parent mushroom has dark brown flesh, looks to be several weeks old.
Tiny stipe in upper right-hand corner of photo?
Fungus with 2 Douglas-fir needles and a small bract from the end of a Western redcedar for scale.
