Cortinarius flexipes?

Cortinarius flexipes has that white veil covering the stipe and around the edge of the cap, and grows gregariously like that. I has a distinctive smell of Pelargonium. I always check the microscopic characters of my little brown mushrooms before putting an identification on them.
