I’m really bad at identifying Agaricus. This clump was found close to a Douglas-fir, but in lawn.

No staining that I remember. Smell was nice, similar to A. bisporus.
Like a yellow highlighter, especially around the cap margin and stem base of the fresh buttons? Do they smell phenolic, mild, or good? They look like A. xanthodermus/californicus from here, but I think Agaricus is difficult to id from photos and little information.
