Troop of small flesh-coloured mushrooms found growing in a mossy clearing with some rotten stumps under various trees including Holly.
Cap 2.5 cm across, convex when small then flattening, orangey-buff centre then slightly lighter towards down-turned margin.
Widely-spaced broad pink adnexed gills with dusting of white spores visible under lens. About 20 gills reach stem with 2 or 3 tiers of smaller gills in between.
Stem 3.5 cm long, 3 mm diameter, longitudinally fibrous, buff towards top, darker (concolourous with cap) towards base, tuft of white mycelium.
White spore print, 4-spored basidia, filamentous cystidia.
Hyaline non-amyloid spherical spores, 6-8 × 6-8 with spikes of about 0.5 – 1 microns long.
