Notes: Found amongst conifer needles growing from the grouns. Gills and spore print carrot orange.

Yes, it was a Douglas Fir. As for the spore print I now recall that is was more of an inky substance and not a full clear print at all. I rushed. Sorry about the hasty misrepresentation. I’ve only begun this obsession a few weeks ago and surely appreciate your input.Thank you!
