Notes: Found by Richard Tullis near McClellan Sno-Park. Single specimen. Most of the stem was buried in the soil. “Toothed” cap surface. No noticeable odor, taste a bit bitter. Spore print faint, but it seems to be showing brown color. Spores 5 × 4 microns.
