This fungus was found under pine trees growing on mulch. This mushroom has adnexed gills, which are beige in color. The pileus was tan and the surface had squarrose scales. The pileus measured approximately 8.4 cm in diameter. This mushroom has a bulbous stipe approx 8.69 cm in length and 1.3cm in width. It was dark tan in color and smooth. There was an annulus present.
