Observation 116264: Agaricales sensu lato

Specimen available

Found with stipe primarily deep into the soil. The pileus was 4.4 cm in diameter. When found the pileus was covered in sand/soil but had a discernable white color. It was planar shaped with a translucent striate margin. The surface of the pileus was smooth aside from the sand/soil. The stipe was located centrally and was approx 12.8cm in length. It was also white and smooth. The gills were free and white in color. There was a sheathing volva present and an annulus present.
