Recognized by sight: Galerina marginata does not grow in cespitose clusters. In addition the stem texture, gill attachment, cap color and stem color point towards Kuehneromyces lignicola.

I beleive in Galerina (marginata group). These have thinfleshed caps with the typical Galerina-like translucent and slightly upturned cap margin. Some of the photos also show them growing in the typical scattered manner.
