Notes: These were under alder and near bay. They never opened. The stipe of one broke and was glued back with oatmeal for a watercolor class subject. These were collected by Janet Theilen.

Used references: I found something like these before in Point Reyes, so referred to those, found a similar picture of an unopened one in “Wikimedia.” Else Vellinga corrected the name of the typical opened ones with the spot in the middle from L. rubrotinctus to L. rubrotinctoides. Other Leucoagaricus rubrotinctuoides were growing nearby.
