They are in his main shroomery thread, id imagine he did scope work and it came out with roughened spores…

More then one Panaeolus spp…

How did he identify the earlier finds from this location? Are they on MO? Panaeolus is definately a genus with really close lookalikes. It would be cool to make sure there aren’t any P. olivaceus lookalikes with smooth spores (Other then P. cinctulus.) Maybe this could be one?

Had found them there earlier throughout this year and Id’d as such, then he took the frosted shot.

Its a frosted over Panaeolus, he’s being a bit beyond ambitious if he thinks he can id this to species without more info. :)
