Found growing on two woodchips out of many after it rained, very small!
8 spores per ascus, spores with 8-10 septations, one seen with 7, most were 10. The asci were 100+ μm and was difficult to measure accurately. The paraphyses are amyloid.
Spore range = (37) 38 – 53 (57) x 7 – 8 (9) μ
Average spore = 43.9 × 7.65 μ
Q range = 4.88 – 7.57
Average Q = 5.77
