Observation 117227: Entoloma subgenus Nolanea (Fr. : Fr.) Noordel.

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Found on my front lawn, in grass an moss. Cap glutinous-viscid, with greenish-brown cap base color and black fibrils radiating out from the center in age; or nearly black-brown when young. Gills are purplish; stipe is pink-purple, with small white gladules near gills.

Used references: Tried working through the PNW Key Council for this, but didn’t find a reliable match. Cap is usually dry but the last 2 days have been solid rain and high humidity, resulting in the viscid cap.
