A gilled polypore. One conk fresh (first three pictures), one older (next two), and one photo of both ages together. On a fallen pine branch. Gills become mazelike pores near point of attachment on the older specimen. Also, both specimens that I picked were cardboard/cork consistency, typical of polypores.
