I agree, the orange looks like Caloplaca

The white streak makes for a striking effect. Is it from scarring of the rock somehow? Maybe another block of tallus fell and slid along that edge recently?

The orange part looks like the lichen Caloplaca- but what nature did the white part have? Was it part of the lichen or a fungus growing on the lichen? It looks like paint.
