Sand and petroglyphs

Hey Richard,

These were growing in a large patch among mixed desert scrub. Ephedra nevadensis (Mormon tea) was the dominant plant.

And of course great pictures as always! What were they growing on or near? Don’t say sand . Or petroglyphs!
