Observation 117954: Polyporales sensu lato

No herbarium specimen

Notes: – Habitat- black oak savanna, fungus found growing in a cluster on the base of a cut down tree

-shelf like ( off white cream in color) very smooth/fine fuzziness about 20mm x 10mm

-underside has hard tooth like projections about (2.5mm in length) (off white cream in color)

-white spore print

-spores are shaped in amygdaliform, no visible ornamentation

- spore measurements (length/width) (in micrometers) I tried to include one of the largest and smallest spores I could find along with the majority of the same sized spores that I found.
