Notes: At a rest area, near Abies (fir).

Pleurocystidia of one type, narrowly lageniform to narrowly utriform, 55 × 12, often with crystals at the apex.

Cheilocystidia more variable – many like pleurocystidia, but some are more swollen and round, perhaps ellipsoid.

Spores 8 – 9 × 5 – 6, amygdaliform, smooth.

Pileipellis elements inflated, 10 – 20 wide.

Odor mildly spermatic.
