No herbarium specimen

Notes: -found in a black oak savanna, single specimen growing in soil

-moderately indented white pileus 30mm in diameter, smooth/dry surface, undulating margin

- free even gill attachment (white in color), 14mm in length, (not quite sure if lamellulae were present, but it is possible)

- annulus present, I believe there was no volva

, inserted insititious base

-spores taken from gill for slide and spores found were shaped as elliptical or possibly amygdaliform with circular object inside, with no ornimentations,

- measurements (length/width) (in micrometers) I tried to include the one of the largest and smallest spores I could find along with the majority of the same sized spores that I found. Measured with an 100x oil immersion objective
